EXISTING CUSTOMERS: Click “My Account” in the upper right corner and enter the email associated with your Pet Palette account. You should have also received an activation link via email for our new Prebook website. Both options will send you a 6-digit code to your email to complete the login process.
NEW CUSTOMERS: To apply for an account, click the “New Customer Account” link in the top navigation. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. You’ll receive an email notification once your account is approved and ready to use.
PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Halloween Prebook orders must be placed separately from Winter/Holiday Prebook orders. Orders cannot be combined with other prebook events, non-prebook items, or other discounts. Our standard order minimum of $149 and free shipping at $449 (after discounts) still apply. Pet Palette Distribution is not responsible for shipping delays, price changes, or product shortages due to circumstances out of our control. We are taking all reasonable steps to ensure that pre-booked product is available to ship in its designated timeframe. Some restrictions may apply.
